The price depends on the actual scope, access and disposal effort. Photos or a video allow an initial assessment, followed by a viewing if necessary. A fixed price is then agreed for the defined scope of work.
Can I send an enquiry at any time?
Yes. Digital enquiries can be sent at any time. Replies, viewings and the work itself take place by appointment.
Which areas can be cleared?
For example, flats, houses, cellars, attics and garages in Cologne and nearby areas. Work farther away can be discussed individually.
What does swept clean mean?
After clearance, the agreed areas are given a basic sweep. Additional cleaning is included only when it has been explicitly agreed.
What cannot be taken away?
Hazardous substances and special waste requiring specific evidence, permits or procedures are not part of the standard service. Please mention any unclear materials when making your enquiry.
